Definitely the tenderest beef I have ever eaten.

The original flavor is the best in my opinion. It was properly cooked and doesn’t taste like I’m eating a piece of a brick. It definitely holds a flavor. I love it.

My Preference

I would prefer a taste more like the jerky that I remember as a younger person. If a pepperoni flavor, and less sweet than the brisket version was marketed, I think it would be a big hit. Think along the lines of the old "Slim Jim" product.
